Welcome to our Garden Level Studio Apt at 37 Foster!  This apartment was newly constructed and furnished in 2010.  We hope you will love it as much as we do, and we try to provide everything you will need for a comfortable and memorable Chautauqua vacation.  This is a great neighborhood for everyone from grandparents to kids,  with neighbors who are friendly yet considerate of everyone's privacy.  The Children's School bus stops a block away at Lincoln Park, and the trams stop just steps away at the corner.  Come join us at 37 Foster, Garden Level Apt. for a true Chautauqua experience!

Climate Control: The apartment features air conditioning and radiant floor heat.

Location: 1 block  from the Brick Walk, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy, between Wythe and Warren Avenues.

Parking & Yard: Guests purchase parking in one of the institution lots, as parking is not available on site.  Small yard with charcoal grill.

The Apartment: The lower level, entered by a stairway at the rear of the left side of the double house .

Twelve feet of windows on a light well give the apartment a bright and spacious appearance. Outdoor patio siting area with cafe table and two chairs. Living/Dining area with sofabed, occasional chair, flatscreen TV & DVD, dining table . Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, gas range, disposer, dishwasher, and microwave. WiFi.

Bath with vanity sink, double-size shower, and dual-flush toilet; Queen-size bed in sleeping area, separated by storage/bookshelf.

Decoration and Furnishings: All furnishings, in tasteful contemporary style, and supplies are new in 2010.

Cleaning: The apartment is carefully cleaned for each tenant by personally chosen helpers who have been with us for many years.  They know what clean is!

Laundry: The shared washer and dryer are located on the same level.

Supplies: The apartment is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. You don’t need to bring anything; just unpack and enjoy your Chautauqua vacation.

No pets. No smoking. Because of allergies in our family and out of consideration for other guests, we do not allow pets or smoking on the property.
